If you have requested a new password via the "forgot password" feature from the login page and it is not working this could be due to a couple of reasons:

If you are using a copy/paste feature on your PC, this does not always work. Try typing the password exactly as it appears in the email you received.
- If you refresh or reload the password request page multiple times after submitting for a new password, this could cause your password to be sent multiple times. Only submit once for a new password. Our system will send you an email containing a new password. If it does not come to you in a few moments, then check your spam folder.
